Our full residential home inspection is one of the most comprehensive inspections offered.  It includes all systems in the home to include the lots and the grounds, exterior, roof, structural components, plumbing systems, electrical systems, HVAC, interiors, appliances, garage, and the attic.  Unlike other inspection companies, we also will be documenting irrigation systems, pools, spas, smart homes, security systems, and renewable energy systems.

Four Point Inspection Report

Is your home or home to be more than 10 years old?  Be sure to contact your insurance to see if you are required to get a Four Point Inspection prior to getting your insurance policy.  Insurance underwriters typically will request this report prior for the policy is activated.  The Four Point Report is an inspection of the four main systems of the home that the insurance underwriters pay highest claims.   The underwriters want to ensure that the systems are up to date and will not cause damage to the home.  Whether you need the Four Point Report for a real estate transaction, or are writing a new insurance policy through another underwriter, we are here to help.
