A home inspection is a thorough and comprehensive inspection of the home.  All the systems,  components and materials that compose the house are inspected for safety and function.  Cosmetic deficiencies are also noted.

A home inspection includes everything around the home, the exteriors, roof, plumbing, electrical, HVAC, interiors, appliances, and attic.  If we can see it, we inspect it.  If we can test it, we test it.  Our standard is one of the highest in the industry.

How long does a home inspection take?

A typical home inspection takes approximately 2 – 3 hours on a average (2000 square foot) house.  This is dependent on what is found, the age, and other factors.

How much does a home inspection cost?

This is a varying price.  Prices are dependent on factors such as area, square footage, age of the home, and risk towards the inspector.  Our prices are the most competitive in the industry.  If you do find a cheaper inspector, be sure to question what they are offering the cheaper price.  These are drive by inspectors and give the rest of the industry a bad name.
